Poem-a-day

Happy Birthday!

On February 3, 2010, I began to compose a daily poem to send to myself for each day of the following year. I cut 4x5 inch postcards from heavy stock paper, then used a vintage set of rubber stamps and ink pads colors. I walked to the Canal Street Post Office to send and receive my message.

Postcards are numbered in green from 1-365.
Dates sent are stamped red. Cancellation dates are in circular black over postage stamps.
