In 1980 Marcia Tucker invited me to open the studio for a collector's club tour. She sat in the studio for the day to describe the work. Vera List was impressed with my use of impermanent materials found in Canal Street Surplus Shops. The images had been recaled while in a state of hypnotic trance.
